Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at 1896. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 1896 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account registered with false or unverifiable information.
- Full name as shown on a valid identification document
- An active phone number that can be reached
- Accurate bank details for payment purposes
- An active email address for account communications
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1896 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
- Never share your password with anyone
- Log out after using a shared or public device
- Report any suspicious activity to 1896 support immediately
- Use a strong, unique password
1896 Platform Usage Rules
All 1896 platform users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times. Violation of any of these rules may result in action including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Exploiting system bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using unauthorised automated software, bots, or systems to interact with the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account balance to a third party
- Ensure all account information is accurate and up to date at all times
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Report any technical issues or security concerns to the1896 support team
- Be responsible for all activity that takes place in your account
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1896 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank details are accurate before submitting any deposit or withdrawal request.
Deposits are processed via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go, and FPX. Minimum deposit limits and processing times vary by method. 1896 does not cover any fees charged by third-party banks.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered and verified in your 1896 account. Processing typically takes one to three business days. Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the turnover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.
1896 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. If the information provided cannot be verified or if suspicious activity is detected, 1896 reserves the right to place a hold on processing until the investigation is complete.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
1896 Liability Limits
1896 provides the platform on an as-is basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1896 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, service disruptions, technical failures, data loss, or any financial losses not directly caused by 1896's own negligence.
Account Suspension & Closure
1896 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, false information provided during registration, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, or at the request of the account holder.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be returned subject to a case-by-case review process. 1896's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and interface elements on the 1896 platform are the property of 1896 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 1896.
The 1896 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference or additional information. 1896 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law

Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision in these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
